- In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
- Duplicate your theme first, so you have a backup.
- On the theme, click ⋯ → Edit code and open
layout/theme.liquid. - Paste the snippet right before
</body>and save.

Replace YOUR_PROJECT_KEY with the key from Project → Settings → Installation in your Sendshot dashboard.
Add both your myshopify.com domain and your store's own domain to the project's allowed domains.
Theme updates can overwrite code edits, so check the widget is still there after you update your theme.
Check it works
Open your site. The feedback button appears in the bottom-right corner after the page has loaded. Press Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + F to open it from the keyboard, send a test report, and it shows up in your dashboard.
No button? Make sure the domain you're on is listed in the project's allowed domains.
