By accessing or using Sendshot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Sendshot provides a visual feedback widget that captures screenshots, browser console logs, network errors, and user journey breadcrumbs from your website visitors. This data is stored securely and made accessible through your Sendshot dashboard.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
You retain ownership of all feedback data collected through the Service. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties. We store your data solely to provide the Service to you. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to collect data from users without their knowledge or consent where required by law, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, (c) use the Service to transmit malicious code, or (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.
Sendshot offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendshot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
