Every new report sends an email with the message, page and screenshot, plus a button to open it in the dashboard.
Send to more addresses
By default the email goes to the project owner. Under Project → Settings → Notifications you can add more addresses: a shared inbox, a teammate, or your client's project lead. Use Send test to check it arrives.
Replying
Notification emails come from notifications@mail.sendshot.dev. If you reply, your message goes to Sendshot support, not to the person who left the feedback. Reply to reporters from your own inbox using the email they left.
Free plan reminders
On the free plan, reports 8 to 10 include a short note about how many free reports you have left.
