How seats work
Your own seat is included in every plan. Each extra teammate needs a seat, which costs $5 per month. That works on Free, Pro and Lifetime. The people who send feedback through the widget never need a seat.
Invite someone
- Go to Team in the dashboard.
- Buy the number of seats you need.
- Enter your teammate's email and send the invitation.
They get an email, sign in with that address and see your projects under Shared with you. Invitations expire after 7 days.
What teammates can do
Teammates can read every report, comment, and change status and priority. Project settings, API keys, notification emails, sharing, deleting and billing stay with you.
Changing your team
Removing someone frees their seat for the next person. To lower your bill, reduce the seat count in billing (Team → Manage seats and billing). If you drop below your team size, the most recently added people lose access first.
