How feedback gets from your site to you

On your site

1. Someone clicks the feedback button (or presses Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + F).
2. They pick what it is (bug, idea or general feedback) if you have feedback types turned on.
3. They write what they mean.
4. Optionally they take a screenshot of the whole page or a selected area, then draw on it: arrows, text, emoji, freehand.
5. They can leave their email if you ask for it, and hit send.

Nobody needs an account. Your clients and users never see a Sendshot login.

On your end

The report appears in your dashboard with the message, the screenshot and the technical context Sendshot collected on the page: console logs, failed network requests, the steps the person took and their browser and device. See what Sendshot captures.

You also get an email for every new report, screenshot included. You can send those emails to more than one address.

From the dashboard you can set status and priority, comment, share a report or copy it for your AI assistant.
