Open a project and go to Customize. Changes apply to your live widget as soon as you save, no code changes needed.
Appearance
- Themes: start from a preset, or use Auto theme to upload a screenshot of your site and pull its colors
- Colors: primary, background, text and border
- Style, corner radius and font
- Button position: any corner
- Button icon
Behavior
- Floating button and keyboard shortcut: turn either on or off. The default shortcut is Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + F.
- Feedback types: show or hide the bug / idea / general choice
- Collect reporter email: let people leave their email address
- Screenshots: allow or turn them off
- Language: English, Dutch, German, French or Spanish, or auto-detect from the visitor's browser
To hide the widget on certain pages, or show it only on pages you list, go to Project → Settings → Page visibility.
Branding
Pro and Lifetime can remove the "Powered by Sendshot" label.
