People giving feedback never create an account. Sendshot still helps you see who's who:
- Each browser gets an anonymous ID, so reports from the same person are grouped together on the project's Users page.
- Collect reporter email (under Customize → Behavior) adds an optional email field to the widget. When someone fills it in, you see it on their reports and can reply to them directly.
Good to know for agencies: turn on email collection when your client's team gives feedback, so you know which stakeholder asked for what.
